Exclusive Use Hotel Regulations – Wedding Event Stay

These regulations apply to the exclusive rental of the hotel by the Family (the “Guest Party”) in connection with a family wedding. By confirming the reservation, the Guest Party acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Conduct

  • The Guest Party and all attendees must respect the hotel property, facilities, and staff always.
  • Quiet must be maintained throughout the duration of the stay.

2. External Visitors

  • Hosting visitors who are not registered hotel guests requires prior approval and coordination with hotel management.
  • External visitors are strictly prohibited from overnight stays and from attending breakfast service.

3. Use of Facilities

  • Entry to the hotel kitchen, use of hotel refrigerators, or any staff-only facilities is strictly prohibited.
  • Bringing food and beverages from outside the hotel is not permitted without prior written authorization from management.
  • Music is allowed only through the hotel’s designated equipment and with the assistance of hotel staff.

4. Guest Rooms

  • No food may be brought into guest rooms.
  • Glass cups or glassware of any kind are not permitted in guest rooms.
  • Bed linens and towels may not be used for makeup removal or any other purpose beyond their intended use.

5. Guest Registration

  • A complete list of guests’ full names for each room must be provided in advance, including any special bed arrangement requests, subject to room configuration possibilities.
  • If individual rooms are to be paid for by the occupying guests rather than the main booking party, this must be communicated in advance in order for invoices to be prepared accordingly.

6. Food & Beverage Service

  • All meals or consumption of food on hotel grounds requires proper disposal of waste in the nearest designated bins.
  • Used cups and tableware must be returned promptly to the dining area after use.

7. Compliance

  • Failure to comply with these regulations may result in additional charges, termination of the stay, or refusal of future reservations.
